At Galigamer, we aim to maintain fair gameplay while ensuring a transparent and player-friendly experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before joining any tournament.
1. Before Verification Payment
- Players can cancel participation anytime before completing payment.
- No charges apply until verification payment is made.
2. After Payment (Verification Completed)
- Once payment is completed and verification is confirmed, the entry fee becomes non-refundable.
- This ensures fair slot allocation and prevents last-minute disruptions.
3. Tournament Cancellation
If a tournament is canceled by Galigamer due to technical issues, insufficient participants, or organizer reasons:
Players will receive a full refund or tournament credit (player’s choice).
4. Match Disruptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Internet connectivity issues
- Device or game crashes
- Player absence or late joining
Players are responsible for stable gameplay conditions.
5. Fair Play Protection
Any player disqualified for cheating, rule violations, or misconduct will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be sent using the original payment method whenever possible.
7. Policy Updates
Galigamer reserves the right to update this policy to improve fairness and platform experience.
